I found the staff at the aNorth County Surgicenter very professional and quite friendly. They made my registration very simple and I felt comfortable with the information they provided. I met with Dr Basherat MD who explained the TURBT procedure in detail, and he provided me with various options depending on what he discovered during the surgery. I felt very comfortable with his direct answers and would recommend him and his staff to anyone needing urological care.

Dr Besharat met with me before surgery and explained what I could expect and wrote down post surgery instructions. The anesthesiologist also met with me and detailed exactly what he would be doing. Both these things made me feel I was with doctors who care are about their patients

Dr. Caruso has a great bedside manner besides being very knowledgeable. The staff is very nice and accommodating, I would greatly recommend this practice!

Estoy muy satisfecho con la atención en general de todo el personal. En mi caso que solo hablo español me han ayudado con la la traducción de manera eficiente y profesional. Te mantienen informado del resultado de los análisis y demás métodos diagnósticos pendientes . El doctor muy profesional todo Perfecto con su atención. En mi caso soy cubano , enfermero de mi país y tengo referencias en lo profesional y en lo personal ya que antes me atendieron en Miami con otro especialista de Urologia y nada que ver con la atención que he recibido con el doctor Caruso que ha sido repito muy profesional.
