Good conversation/meeting with doc.
Lots, perhaps too much paperwork, with same info requested on multiple pages.
Doc reviewed/explained all and was inclusive of the med team working on my case.

This is not for Dr Caruso, but his "lady" at the front desk Sheriah. Words cannot describe how rude she is. I read somewhere before that someone was refused entry despite having an appointment because there was an outstanding amount owed. Same happened to me and I did not have a means to pay with men the day. "Re schedule" is all I got, 2 months later was the best she could do. Furthermore tried to hand deliver insurance papers and she refused to accept them, threatened to shred them if I left them there????

Dr Caruso is an awesome doctor. He is very thorough & provides excellent care. His nursing staff is great, but office staff seems extremely busy & the wait is long. But Dr Caruso saved me from a very incomfortable life, so he is worth the wait.

Drove 45 minutes for first cancer check up since treatment as I checked in the office said I had a deductible that had to be paid now or I couldn't be seen long story short I did not have my checkbook on me they refused to see me you claim to care about your patients but from what I just experienced it about the money not patient I've been coming their for years I will no longer be coming there after the way I was treated I've also referred people to you which I will no longer do and will let e one I know about how I was treated
