Always treated with respect and kindness. The staff is very knowledgeable and accommodating. The doctor makes sure I understand my treatment and explains fully what treatments are available and possible side affects. I recommend this office to anyone needing a urologist.

I would have rated my experience 5 stars if my appointment hadn’t lasted 2 hours. Dr. Caruso is wonderful as is his staff. I was told to be prepared to bring a book to my next appointment, which is a 5 minute procedure, and be prepared to wait 2 1/2 hours. I appreciate the doctor’s time is valuable, but so is mine. Scheduling too many patients at the same time can be be a problem. Please don’t tell me to come in at a certain time and be expected to wait 2 1/2 hours.
