Wait time was very long. I got there at 9:45 and was told my appt was at 10:30. I was called in at 11:15. The nurse practitioner came in first at 11:30 and took some information. Dr. Caruso came in at 11:45. He was very professional and gave me a good report.

This was my first visit to Dr. Caruso’s office. The reception area was immaculate. The receptionist had excellent communication skills and customer service skills. The nurse practitioner was very polite and professional and more importantly, knowledgeable. Many people recommended that I see Dr. Caruso. Now I know why. He is personable, respectful, thorough, and empathetic. It quickly became evident that Dr. Caruso has incredible knowledge in his field. In addition, he has good sense of humor. I have finally found a urologist I can trust.
