My only 1 big complaint is that the office does not have regard or respect of people’s time. It is unacceptable to have patients wait in the exam room for 1 hour and 15 minutes!! This happens every time I need to see the doctor. I ran medical offices and the front desk needs to allow at least 45 minutes for each visit!!
Once the doctor is there he is fully engaged and spends as much time as needed. As a medical professional I felt Dr Caruso is an excellent clinician and unfortunately I need him more than he needs me. The exam room visit is a big negative and would have found someone else if it wasn’t for his expertise!!

The office staff is efficient and the physician is competent, personable and sees patients in a timely manner. Explanations of medical issues are quite plain and understandable. If you are a new patient, expect to wait several months for an initial appointment.
By the way, the office is conveniently located .

The practice is wonderful to say the least ! All of the employees are also very knowledgeable and helpful. Sunny (ARNP) is the friendliest person you could ever meet. Her name says it all. She brings a smile to your face.
The only negative I have is rushing to make appointment on time, sign in and wait an hour to be seen. That should be addressed by management. It is not acceptable. Today’s visit had 3 patients complaining. All that the receptionist could do was put her hands up as if to say out of my control.
